We’re reinventing the flexible office space market, using technology to streamline the traditionally highly brokered market. You’ll be at the front of this innovation in the commercial property space. With thousands of offices listed around Australia we are growing the team to handle the number of inbound enquiries for office space.

Your role:

As a valued member of our friendly and fast growing company, you’ll be at the leading edge of the commercial office space sector in a technology company that is driving changes to how businesses use office space.

As Inside Sales Manager you’ll be handling inbound enquiries from customers looking for Flexible, Coworking and Serviced office space - there’s no cold calling. This is a customer facing and deal closing role, and you will own the customer relationship end to end. You will:

  • Receive inbound enquiries from Customers looking for flexible office space
  • Speak to your Customers to understand their needs and record details in our CRM
  • Present your Customers with the best options on the market
  • Have our experienced Customer Care team on hand to help you close your deals
  • Guide Customers through the process and help them to select the best flex space deal
  • Build relationships with coworking operators, landlords and property owners with spare space to rent
  • Close deals.

About you

We don’t mind what your background is, but experience of the Coworking and Serviced Office Industry will be a bonus.

The successful candidate will have a great attitude, be positive and keen to learn.

Customers will come to you so it’s down to you to help them on their journey and ultimately close deals for them. So you should be:

  • Great on the phone
  • A great communicator both written and oral
  • Hardworking with a great work ethic
  • Diligent and professional - do what you say you’re going to do
  • Customer focused - understand what your customer wants and help them find it
  • Sales focused - you should love closing deals
