As COVID numbers in New South Wales appear to get steadier, we are delighted to share our beautiful co-working space in Rushcutters Bay with you.

The space boasts over 300sqm (current max capacity of 75), with a kitchen incl. espresso, bar incl. boiling, cold and sparkling tap, and various break out areas perfect for informal meetings or working. Rest assured that sanitation schedules and social distancing measures are in line with government restrictions.

We also boasts two meeting rooms for hire (capacities of 12 and 20 respectively) each with aircon, Zoom conferencing and whiteboard facilities perfect for workshopping.

We are also occupied by our brand strategy, marketing, PR and design agency. We welcome creatives of all types to join us in the space and often collaborate with our members.

For ease of access and bookings on flexible packages, we have our own app where all the facilities can be easily booked based on your package.

PRICING TERMS
We offer dedicated permanent desks for $200 per week. ($40 p/d, $866p/m). With this you get 24/7 entry, your own desk and 4 meeting room credits per month (worth two hours total). You can also buy meeting room credits at $50 per half hour.

If you'd prefer to keep things more casual, you might benefit from one of our hot desk monthly membership packages. With these, you purchase desk credits for set number of days per month; the more days you buy in a pack, the cheaper they get:

• 6 days per month = $317.00 (just under $53 per day)

• 8 days per month = $400.00 ($50 per day)

• 12 days per month = $552.00 ($46 per day)

PARKING NOTES
Kings Cross Parking and Bayswater Parking Station are both within a five minute walk. There is also 1P and 2P street parking nearby.
