Within the space, members have access to a range of meeting rooms that can be booked at no extra charge whenever required. Meeting rooms come equipped with projectors, speakers and white boards. The space comes with a bike rack in the Lock up Garage in the basement, car spaces are available within the building with an extra cost. Two showers within the building are provided for all of your end of journey needs. Our kitchen comes full equipped with hot/cold filtered water, dishwasher and meal warming facilities. And our internet is a 400Mbit Up/Down fibre connection.


All internally managed facilities are provided at no extra cost.

Let’s talk about that internet again for a moment. It’s fast. Actually it’s super-fast. With direct fibre access provided by Pipe networks we ensure an extremely stable connection directly to our space. The connection is then channelled through high end hardware to ensure that we get minimal drop off directly to all our users. Fibre provides all our members with a symmetrical connection making uploads just as fast as downloads. For any users needing to send large files or that rely on video calls for communication, our network provides a service second to none!
