Our meeting rooms are available to rent in 30-minute timeslots, and all of them come with conference phones, free high speed internet connection and complimentary tea, coffee, and water. You’ll also be able to make use of our whiteboards, televisions and projectors if required. Whether you’re looking for a boardroom to hold an executive session or a conference room for a company event, We have meeting room to meet your needs.

Catering can also be arranged for formal conferences or longer meeting sessions, simply let our front desk team know a few days in advance. Our team would also be ready to help with any other special requirements.

Meeting rooms are available at each of our business centres across Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, and Australia. If you are working remotely but suspect you will need access to meeting rooms frequently, Our Business Meeting virtual office packages gives you 8 hours meeting room access per month.
