The space could be suitable for mixed use occupants, retail, high traffic client base or for companies with promotional products.

We offer shared co-working spaces ranging from those individuals who require the occasional part time space to larger businesses in need of a corporate space of their own.

Full time open plan desks and smaller offices are available for those businesses that need space to work 24/7 and a place in which to grow.

In addition to the core office suites for our members, a range of shared professional services are all included into the monthly licence fee price. The full range of professional and co-working services include;

- A hands-on owner/management team that can give clients answers immediately and troubleshoot quickly;
- A reception desk that operates during office hours to collect and deliver mail, and greet clients’visitors
- A flexible contractual period that won’t lock clients into a lengthy lease agreement and high security deposits;
- Complimentary usage of 10 meeting rooms, from small 1 person foam booths to a 16 person Board Room;
- Ample break out areas with lounge and dining facilities;
- Excellent venues for team building/ client gatherings and entertainment;
