Co Paradiso is a vibrant, down-to-earth co-working space located in Brunswick East. The studio is a melting pot of creatives and professionals alike, fuelled by good coffee, hanging plants, relaxed energy, and a really special community of people.Certainly not your average co-working space, Co Paradiso is less corporate focused, and more drawn to fostering a space where people can show up as they are, feel comfortable to work at their own pace, be connected, and relax in a colourful, warm, and well resourced work environment.
We currently have three Membership options for our co-working space.
1. Private Desks
Desks are $110 (+ GST) per week, which gives you a standup electronic desk with a chair and storage drawers. You're welcome to make the desk space your own, and bring in whatever feels good for you (monitors, desk supplies, plants, etc.). These are invoiced for a month in advance, which you can stop at the end of the 4 weeks whenever you need.
2. Hot-Desking
The most popular option is our Monthly Unlimited Hot-Desking setup. Members pay per month, which entitles you to unlimited use of the hot-desking space, set up with mounted monitors and laptop stands. You are also given access to all communal areas and meeting room bookings as well. This price is $60 (+GST) per week, for four weeks at a time (you're never locked in beyond that and can hit pause at the end of a month anytime you need).
Alternatively you can drop in for a daily hot-desking visit at $40 (+ GST) for the day.
3. Private Studios
With the recent expansion of our space into the connecting rear warehouse, we now have a variety of sized studios available for those wanting to setup their own space in a private sanctuary.
Other ammenities include:
- Private Meeting room included in the Membership you can book at any time

- A very generous and well stocked kitchen, and communal areas for lounging and working from.
- Pool table, basketball court, bakery/cafe at the rear of the warehouse, free coffee, snacks, WiFi.

CoParadiso
Factory 2, 10–12 Moreland Rd, Brunswick East.
What makes Co Paradiso special is the people who fill it. Filmmakers, editors, journalists, producers, directors, environmentalists, social workers, urban planners, designers, mortgage brokers, web developers. And, a hair salon out the back, which is why our hair always looks flawless.
The building has been a few things in its time. A boxing gym for a stretch, then a creative studio that an animator stumbled into one day, followed by a colourist, a director, and what appeared to be an entire film crew who arrived one Tuesday and simply never left. When the pandemic ended that chapter, Coparadiso took shape; a coworking space nobody quite planned and everyone seems glad about. Kim Freeman took the reins in 2022 and has been quietly shaping it into the place it is today.
It's the living room you wish you had. Free snacks, inside jokes, plenty of colour, and a community we're genuinely grateful for.
Kim & Sofia are the two captains who manage and care for this space.
