From the platform's own listings: every serviced office, coworking space and managed office for rent in Australia, snapshotted weekly with its price per desk per month, size and desk capacity. The figures are medians of live asking prices, not survey responses.
How often is the data updated?
Weekly. The latest snapshot is from October 2026, and every table, chart and figure in the guides regenerates after each load. The quarterly report summarises the quarter's snapshots.
How many offices does the research cover?
3,141 offices and desks across Australia, 164,202 sqm of space and room for 29,149 people, as at October 2026.
What does the median desk rate mean?
The middle asking price per person per month across all private offices listed in an area, so half the offices cost less and half cost more. It is quoted per desk because flexible offices are priced that way; a six person office at $663 a desk is six times that a month plus GST.
