Large Individual Workstations - $449.00 per calendar month (plus GST)
1 and 2 Person Lockable Corporate Offices - Starting from $1,500 per calendar month (plus GST)
Our monthly fees are inclusive of:
- 24/7 access
- Day to day running costs including air conditioning, electricity, security & cleaning costs
- High speed fibre internet & wifi (250Mbps/250Mbps)
- 4 hours per calendar month complimentary use of boardroom & meeting room facilities (Office Hire) (20% discount thereafter)
- 2 hours per calendar month complimentary use of boardroom & meeting room facilities (Workstation Hire) (20% discount thereafter)
- Use of all office equipment including binding machine* & laminating machine*
- Use of our physical and postal address (all mail collected daily from the post office box)
- Use of our high speed photocopier machine and subsidized printing costs

- Separate male and female toilet and shower facilities
