The room has a funky vibe (exposed brick wall, black feature wall & black ceiling, huge windows and abundant natural light) that makes the room stand out. No outgoings/electricity/water to pay – that is included in the rent. Tenants have 24/7 access to building, and room is lockable. Access to shared kitchen & toilet available. Flexible lease conditions with minimum period of two months. Room is unfurnished, and the furniture that you can see in the photos is not included. Please note that the room is to be used as an office - you can't live in it, or sleep in room on a regular basis. The room is in a heritage building, so it is up two flights of stairs and there is no elevator access.
