To share with a Landscape Architecture firm currently occupying about half the available space, so there's tons of plants and yet somehow not enough, but we'll take care of them :)
Available space can be negotiated - hotdesk / regular spot so monitor etc can be stashed on site / full partitioned office area or even fully enclosed office space with semi-frosted glass wall/door & air conditioning unit.

About Host
Small business, specialising in playspace / playful public & residential design. Currently occupying less of the space than anticipated.
We have a very casual approach to the space, and are happy to negotiate conditions that suit both parties.
Note that access is by key & alarm, and weekdays only. We will be using the shared open spaces for weekend workshops, promotional material etc.
Technically there is wheelchair access, however it's using an external life that is very unreliable. Other access is some significant stairs.
