6 office spaces for rent in West End at YOCO

The rate is all-in on a monthly agreement: rent, outgoings, internet, furniture, cleaning, security and reception. West End's offices are converted warehouses, shopfronts and a few newer mid-rise buildings on Boundary Street, Montague Road and around the river, let to creative, technology and community organisations who want the neighbourhood as much as the address.

Because it is chosen for lifestyle rather than for rent, and the stock is small suites. The saving in Brisbane runs the other way from Sydney: the CBD is the value choice, and Fortitude Valley at $546 is cheaper again with the same warehouse character on the other side of the city. South Brisbane, between West End and the river, is the tower alternative.

The monthly fee normally covers rent, outgoings, utilities, high speed internet, furniture, cleaning, building security and shared kitchens, with meeting rooms up to a monthly allowance. Across the offices listed in Queensland, 96% are air conditioned, 94% come furnished, 87% offer 24 hour access and 78% include meeting rooms; 57% offer outdoor space, and West End's warehouse conversions with their courtyards are a good part of that. Most run with code access rather than a staffed reception, parking is on the street, and the South East Busway at the Cultural Centre and the CityGlider bus are the transport. Check the meeting room allowance, printing, IT support and the deposit, typically one to two months.

West End holds 6 flexible listings with suites up to about twenty-four people, and the warehouse floors with outdoor space go quickly. Say early what you need and we will shortlist West End, South Brisbane and the Valley together. There is no charge to you.
