This spacious office first floor includes north & south facing windows which allow great daylight and views. We are a small group of creative professionals and would love to share our studio with others. We have a cafe across the road and share a lovely outdoor courtyard with other creative businesses.
There is a separate closed meeting room with windows facing the tree lined streetscape, a kitchenette, toilets, A3 and A1 printers for use & WIFI included. There is a small entry area which allows for safe bike storage and smaller informal meetings.
The rental includes a 2400mm long desk space with a 12 cube shelving unit behind. At the moment there are 1-2 desks available. The fixed fee rent includes internet, electricity and all bills.
The building is a 1950s style building with many of the original features internally. The flooring is carpet and there is heating and cooling (split system). At the moment you will be sharing with a tiny architecture practice, a draftsperson, an education consultant and an office greyhound that loves to sleep on the job.

We are a small architecture firm and would love to share our space with other creative professionals. We have been in this space for over 6 years and love the space and local community!
We work on a mix of residential and childcare projects.
