About Host
We are a small Building Designers business, operating since 1984, with 1 fulltime staff (4 to 5 days a week in the office) + 1 part time staff ( 1 day a week in the office, other days work from home) + 1 Bookkeeper that comes into the office once a fortnight. Our client's visit the office very rarely, so we have almost nil people traffic within the office. The overall office area is 202 m2. We occupy the rear area of the office, approx 54 m2. So we have surplus office area for rent of approx 128 m2. Our area of 54 m2, would also be avilable to rent in the near future.
