As the flexible office space market continues its growth, Q4 2022 marked another momentous quarter for operators and brokers in Australia. From built-to-suit projects to incubators launching co-working communities across the country, it is estimated that there have been over 6.3 million square feet of newly opened office space throughout 2022 - an increase of 25% from last year.

Whilst Q4 saw subdued operator expansion compared to the previous quarter, there is plenty of growth planned for 2023.
Opening their second office space and first in NSW at 9 Help Street, this space run by cirque is part of Centuria’s national network of flexible workspace sites located within their commercial office buildings. The two-level centre showcases state-of-the-art flexible workspaces with high-quality furnishings, an expansive breakout area, a variety of Meeting and Event Spaces, and a Barista Bar
The self-contained, fully-fitted floors accommodate up to 55 desks over 480sqm. The spaces benefit from four private meeting rooms, excellent natural light, dedicated amenities, and access to outdoor terrace space with flexible leasing terms. Tank Stream Labs has pre-committed to 2 levels with over 4,400 sq m of premium office space fitted out to a very high standard offering spectacular views and natural light. Located within the prestigious Barangaroo district, this will be Tank Stream Labs' 4th location in Sydney.
Spaces recently opened its newest designer coworking space in North Sydney's largest and smartest office tower with a vibrant dining and social scene.
WOTSO will occupy two freestanding heritage buildings totaling 1,400 sqm at the Barracks Precinct at North Head Sanctuary.
