Tech Central Sydney

Tech Central will provide ~250,000 sqm of office space for technology companies at affordable rates for scale-ups. Backed by NSW Government, this unique ecosystem of office space dedicated to technology led sectors is built to attract global talent.

Tech Central provides opportunities for technology first companies to scale up their growth places, establish their business or build a brand in close proximity to the headquarters of globally-recognised tech powerhouses like Atlassian, Canva and Campaign Monitor (watch this space as the list grows).

Stone and Chalk

As part of the important growth agenda for the state, the NSW Government has invited Stone & Chalk to operate the Scaleup Hub at Tech Central from July 2022 to power scaleups that are shaping Australia's economic future.

The Scaleup Hub is located at 477 Pitt Street in Sydney and is designed for scaleups and those who support them. Split over 6 levels and 8,000 sqm of open and flexible commercial office space, the Scaleup Hub offers a range of private office suites, meeting rooms, event spaces and spillover workspaces.

This is Stone & Chalk's second Hub in Sydney and builds on their mission to transform Australia into a sustainable technology-driven economy.

Tank Stream Labs

Tech focused coworking space, Tank Stream Labs, has opened its third Sydney site, a new hub for scale-up companies in the Tech Central precinct in Haymarket.

The Scale-up hub has officially kicked off with 4,000 sqm of office space, with up to 7,000 sqm coming online by the end of the year. The hub is located in Haymarket and is the fourth co-working hub for TSL, which now has three spaces in Sydney and one in Perth.

The Work Project

By mid-2022, The Executive Centre will open their new flagship centre located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The Loft Workspaces

GOLDFIELDS and JLL's joint venture launched a new offering within a brand-new $300 million South Yarra office tower at 627 Chapel Street. Whilst there hasn't been any operator expansion in Canberra in Q2, it has quickly become home to some of Australia's leading flexible office space providers. Local businesses can choose from large-scale operators such as Work Club Global, Hub Australia, Regus, Servcorp, Victory Offices and WOTSO Workspace to smaller boutique coworking spaces such as Waku Space, JAGA Workspaces, and Keepco.

Adelaide

Similar to Canberra, operator expansion has been minimal in q2 in Adelaide, but there remains a vibrant coworking scene. With plenty of boutique coworking spaces to choose from including In Spot Coworking, studio + cafe, The Innovation Factory, and Business Hub Offices.
