We provide a quality, boutique service, offering serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting room hire, and desk hire. Our focus is on flexibility, and we are committed to making sure we work for you - not the other way round!
Our desk will be dedicated to you for the duration of your booking, and although the desk itself is not in an office with a door, our overall office space in which it sits is secure. An access code is required for entry, so you can be assured there is no potential for just anyone to be walking through your space.
Included for free in your hot desk booking:
- High-speed internet
- Use of an external monitor if required
- Tea, coffee and light refreshments (help yourself to our kitchen)
- Electricity (a power board is provided)
- Air Conditioning
- Use of our communal laser printer for scanning, copying, and printing (copying and printing are included on a reasonable use basis. If large amounts are required a nominal fee will be charged to cover costs)
- Friendly staff available onsite from 10am-2pm Mon-Fri
Our kitchen is equipped with bar fridges, a kettle, coffee machine, and microwave as well as crockery and glassware for you to use as needed. We just ask that you clean up after yourself.
24/7 access can be arranged for longer term use, however as the building is secure a pass will be required, which incurs a refundable deposit.
We are located in Norwest Central, right near Norwest Market Town. Shops, restaurants, the lake, and the Metro are all within a 5 minute walk.
Desk hire is available for $35/day*, $140/week*. Monthly booking available on request. *Prices exclusive of GST.
