The Space
Approx 110 sqm of open-plan desk space (9.5m x 12m) on our Level 1 floor. The space comfortably fits 10 to 20 seated workspaces. Fully furnished: bench desks, ergonomic chairs, acoustic dividers, storage. You get your own half of the floor, our team is on the other. A real working office, not a coworking space.
Lovely treed views out of every window, which you don't get in a CBD sublet.

About the operator
LX Group is an Australian product development company based in Macquarie Park. We design and build connected hardware (electronics, firmware, software) and take products from concept through to manufacture. Our own platform, INCYT, puts sensors, trackers, weather stations and more in the field with Australian growers and other industries.
We've occupied this floor since 2022 - you'll be sharing with an established team.
What it's like to share with us
The floor is open plan with our team on one side and yours on the other, separated in the middle by the lunch area. It's an engineering and operations environment. Some calls and discussions happen at desks, and group meetings in the rooms. There's no call centre or sales floor. We have our own prototyping space downstairs, so workshop activity doesn't happen on the office floor.
We'd want to meet whoever takes the space, and we'd expect you'd want to meet us. Easy enough to arrange.
