We have 7 available desks for rent at a flat rate of $150 per week.

Our office is located at 67 Palmerston Crescent in South Melbourne in a newly built office building.

The facilities include:

- Private 24/7 building access
- Access to all End of Trip facilities including private shower and amenities and bike rack
- A boardroom and two meeting rooms equipped with video conferencing capabilities.
- Two quiet booths.
- A full kitchen with coffee machine, air fryer, toaster and sandwich press.
- On-floor male, female, and accessible amenities.
- Dedicated printing area, use of printer, paper etc.

You also have access to our on-floor balcony and rooftop, which offer uninterrupted panoramic views of the CBD.

The weekly rate includes all utilities, fast WiFi, printing, stationery, all bills and outgoings, and complimentary tea, coffee, water, and sparkling water.

This is a secure floor and building, not accessible by the general public.
