Where the offices are

• Robina at $700, the town centre at the southern end: the largest serviced buildings on the coast, the hospital and university next door, and the train station.
• Varsity Lakes at $600, the business park beside Robina with the cheaper suites and the most parking.
• Southport, the CBD proper on the Broadwater, with the light rail, the courts and the hospital, and a handful of serviced floors.
• Surfers Paradise and Bundall, the towers on the beach and the Nerang River, where the coworking floors and the smaller creative suites sit.
• Burleigh Heads at the southern end, with a small coworking market and the coast's fastest growing pool of remote workers.

Getting around the Gold Coast

The light rail runs from Helensvale through Southport and Surfers Paradise to Broadbeach, and the heavy rail from Brisbane ends at Varsity Lakes via Robina, so the two southern hubs are the ones reachable from Brisbane by train in a little over an hour. Everything else is the M1 and the Gold Coast Highway, and every hub except Surfers Paradise has generous parking. Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta is twenty minutes from Robina and forty from Southport.
