2 office spaces for rent in Richmond at IWG

The rate is all-in on a monthly agreement: rent, outgoings, internet, furniture, cleaning, security and reception. Richmond has the largest floors of any inner suburb, up to sixty people, in the converted warehouses along Church Street, Swan Street and Bridge Road, which is why growing teams that have outgrown the northern suburbs land here.

Yes, north and east, and dearer to the west. Collingwood at $615 a desk and Fitzroy at $600 are a tram ride up Victoria Parade with the same warehouse stock; Carlton at around $600 is the cheapest of the inner ring. Cremorne, across Swan Street, costs more at $837 because the technology precinct pays for its address. Richmond sits in the middle, with the trains and the size of floor the others lack.

The monthly fee normally covers rent, outgoings, utilities, high speed internet, furniture, cleaning, building security and shared kitchens, with meeting rooms up to a monthly allowance. Across the offices listed in Victoria, 94% come furnished, 90% are air conditioned, 85% include meeting rooms and 85% offer 24 hour access; 47% offer private parking, and Richmond's larger warehouse buildings often have a yard or a basement with a few spaces. Richmond, East Richmond and Burnley stations and the Bridge Road, Swan Street and Church Street trams put every building within a few minutes of public transport. Check the meeting room allowance, printing, IT support and the deposit, typically one to two months.

Richmond holds 2 flexible listings and, unusually for the inner suburbs, floors for forty to sixty people, so a mid-sized team has a genuine choice here rather than a single option. For a team above that, a managed floor fitted to your brief takes four to twelve weeks. Give us your date and headcount and we will shortlist Richmond and Cremorne together. There is no charge to you.
