Our gorgeous office was remodelled in 2021 and has plenty of space. We're a small, friendly company who are looking to share! Street parking available behind the building, and Southland train station is only a 13-minute walk away. You'll have shared access to a lovely modern kitchen/dining area, three bathrooms, plus meeting rooms with AV.
Seven Steps is a much loved literacy company which provides schools with the training, resources and knowledge to build great writing skills in their students. We are passionate about what we do and enjoy having a laugh together. Our light filled, newly refurbished office is 300sqm and in a great location – close to Southland station and shopping centre, on Bay Road and with street parking available behind.
We are offering a variety of renting options, including:
