About the operator
The private office is currently occupied by an accounting practice, their flexible lease term agreement soon end.
A two-months bond and an initial rent deposit are required. The deposit amount varies depending on the tenancy length or if the tenant can sign up for a 12-month option. The minimum lease is three months intervals with a simple renewal process at the end.
