Corporate office rates are $2700p/m +GST with a minimum of 3-month initial term. Each office accommodates up to 3 people. Limited to one office per ABN.

About Host
The Integrated Innovation Network (I2N) is the innovation hub of the University of Newcastle, located in the Q Building on Honeysuckle Drive.
I2N is home to the #1 Accelerator program in regional Australia - we help people turn their ideas into successful, scalable businesses. The I2N Hub Honeysuckle has been purpose-built to support enterprise skill development, new venture creation, and scale-ups. The building comprises of:
- Innovation Common (ground floor) offering innovation concierge service, free co-working and meeting rooms for pre-startups, a flexible event space, and the Maker Space;
- Seminar Space (level 2) for the delivery of I2N and affiliate programs and events, and venue hire; and
- Incubator (level 3) offering paid co-working and private offices for startups and scaleups complemented by Zoom-enabled meeting rooms and a board room, breakout spaces, and a communal kitchen.
