The space comes ready to use with dual monitor setups, laptop stands, desks, and filing cabinets, making it ideal for a small team looking for a plug-and-play workspace.The office is located within a small and quiet premises with only one other room. We are the other tenants ourselves, and that room is a combined storage/office space, primarily used for storage, though we occasionally attend and use a desk there 1–2 days per week.
The premises also includes access to a small breakout area with filtered water, fridge, and coffee table, as well as shared bathroom facilities.
