Private upstairs creative office with huge ceilings, great natural light, super fast wifi, heating and cooling, secure steel door and 24/7 access in a beautiful Brunswick Street building with shared bathroom and kitchenette.The office is a bright, private upstairs room of around 18 sqm with very high ceilings, skylights and white walls. It’s currently set up with timber desks and rugs, with plenty of room for 2-4 workstations and storage (more if you're happy to get cozy!). The space has heating and aircon, super fast wifi, a solid steel door with deadbolt, and sits next to a shared kitchenette and bathroom, so it works well as a focused studio for a small team.
All utilities and Wi‑Fi are included; note $40 per person charge for shared outgoings. Please note tenants must provide their own insurance.
Price: $360 per week (ex GST).

Our studio provides a nimble and adaptable approach with a commitment to creating emotionally honest and visually expressive work. We deliver bespoke content infused with your vision.
