Our private office suites are furnished with desks, chairs, lamps and lockable drawers. Everything is included so just turn up and start your business today.
Upto 4 Person Office Suite (approx 10sqm)
Rent: $400/week + gst
Term: 12 Months with a 3 months cancellation thereafter.
Bond: 1 Month

BENEFITS:
- $100 credits per week for booking meeting pod or meeting room (they do not rollover).
- 9 hours free every quarter (3 months) value over $1000 to book either our Photography Studio or Events Studio as long as it is for your business use only. It cannot be used for personal functions (as in birthday parties etc) or transferred to anyone outside your business. Cleaning is required (for large events) it will be charged out separately at $60/hour.
- Access to all Studio Co facilities, printing, fast wifi or data points, breakout lounge, courtyard, kitchen, zoom pods.
