2. Office approx. 2.9 x 4.2 metres, including shared use of bathroom, kitchenette, small break/lounge space and meeting table in open plan area. This room could accommodate up to 3 people comfortably.

3. Co-shared space for individuals, including desk & chair in open plan area, shared use of meeting room, bathroom and kitchenette and small break/lounge space.

The office is furnished (or some furnishings can be removed) and rent includes outgoings (electricity, NBN, rates, water, fire services).

We are open to re-organising the layout of the rooms in the office to suit those wanting to join us.

Cleaning and supply of kitchen and bathroom goods to be shared amongst users.
