Work away from home in beautiful Manly beach, part-time (3 to 4 days) or have the desk full-time. The desk is in an enclosed room that has 2 desks. You'll be sharing the room with me, who run a digital marketing agency. My work is mostly on the computer and not in sales, so not too much noise on the phone or in Zoom meetings.

Rent is payable on the 1st day of the month. One month's notice for either party if terminating agreement.

If taking the desk part-time, you'll share the desk with Dave, who runs a music marketing company and also works with me.
