Desk space available within an established architectural studio in Redfern.We have some extra space in our studio and would love to share it with like-minded professionals - architects, designers, engineers, consultants, creatives, freelancers or other professionals looking for a comfortable and friendly place to work.
This is our everyday working studio, with a relaxed, professional and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for considerate people who enjoy a relatively quiet place to work, but are also happy to have a chat and get to know the other people in the studio.
The space includes:
- Generous workstation with desk, office chair and filing cabinet
- Computer screens/monitors available if required
- High-speed internet
- Meeting table within the studio
- Kitchen within the studio
- All bills included, including electricity, internet and regular cleaning
- Great Redfern location, close to public transport, cafes and the surrounding Redfern/Surry Hills area
- Easy street parking
We can accommodate individuals or potentially a small team and are happy to discuss flexible arrangements depending on what you are looking for.
Rent is $800/month per desk, all inclusive.
