At Foreground Architecture we have continued to embrace the flexibility that hybrid work arrangements provide. This means that there is now an opportunity for a like minded organisation to join us in our fantastic city fringe studio housed within the heritage listed CUB Counting House building. If you are looking for a flexible sublet of up to a 6 desks in a dedicated corral with access to shared meeting rooms, coffee machine, kitchen, breakout space and printer please reach out!Other facilities include on site shared secure bike parking and end of trip facilities, secure fob access and options to lease carparks directly from the owners corporation (pending availability). Each desk is supplied with chair, caddy, ethernet internet and Wifi.
One carapace is also available at $450+GST per month.
