Rent is $170 per week per desk, negotiable if you are taking a number of desks.

We are an architectural practice that provides professional service to commercial, government and private clients. We are fairly quiet bunch with occassional phone calls to our clients. We do not have too many face to face meetings in our boardroom but use it for our weekly team meetings.
