Where the offices are

Three streets hold most of it. Ann Street and Wickham Street between the station and Brunswick Street carry the mid-rise serviced buildings and the largest coworking floors. James Street and the blocks towards New Farm hold the smaller creative suites above the retail, dearer per desk and quicker to fill. Towards Bowen Hills and the RNA showgrounds the newer towers have brought managed floors to the Valley for the first time, and that is where a team of thirty or more looks. Spring Hill, between the Valley and the CBD, is the quieter alternative on the hill.

Getting to Fortitude Valley

Fortitude Valley station is one stop north of Central on every line through the city, about three minutes, so the Valley is as reachable as the CBD from anywhere on the network. The Inner Northern Busway ends at the RNA and King George Square buses reach Brunswick Street in ten minutes. Parking is easier than in the city and most Valley buildings have some; the ride into the CBD is a fifteen minute walk down Ann Street or one station.
