10 office spaces for rent in Rhodes at WOTSO

The rate is all-in on a monthly agreement: rent, outgoings, internet, furniture, cleaning, security and reception. Rhodes ties for the cheapest office area in Sydney with enough listings to measure: a peninsula of newer corporate buildings and apartment towers on the Parramatta River, with the station, the shopping centre and the corporate campuses within a few minutes' walk of each other.

Because, like Macquarie Park at the same around $500 a desk, it is a corporate campus suburb where the large buildings are let whole on conventional leases and the flexible suites take the smaller tenancies around them. The trade-off is not access: Rhodes station is on the Northern line, twenty minutes from Central and ten from Strathfield, and the M4 is at the door. It is that the suburb has no town centre character of its own beyond the shopping centre. For a team that wants a new building, parking and a half-price desk between the city and Parramatta, that is exactly the point.

The monthly fee normally covers rent, outgoings, utilities, high speed internet, furniture, cleaning, building security, a staffed reception, and shared kitchens and breakout space, with meeting rooms up to a monthly allowance. Across the offices listed in New South Wales, 93% are air conditioned, 92% come furnished, 88% offer 24 hour access and 77% include meeting rooms. Rhodes' buildings are new, include parking and end-of-trip facilities as standard, and sit beside the station and the waterfront. Check the meeting room allowance, printing, IT support and the deposit, typically one to two months.

Offices here run from one to about ten people across eleven listings; a larger team is looking at a conventional lease in one of the campus buildings, which we can also help with. Say what you need and we will shortlist Rhodes with Macquarie Park and Parramatta. There is no charge to you.
