Where the offices are

The serviced floors sit in the new towers on Smith Street, Phillip Street and the Parramatta Square precinct beside the station, with a second cluster on Church Street and George Street in the older centre. Parramatta Square is where the government departments and the large corporates have taken floors, and where the managed offices are; the Church Street end has the smaller suites and the coworking. Further west, Norwest at $600 is the business park alternative on the Metro, and Blacktown at $575 and Penrith at $500 are the cheaper centres for teams further out.

Getting to Parramatta

Parramatta station is the hub of the western network: express trains reach Central in about 25 minutes, the Western, Cumberland and Blue Mountains lines all stop here, and the light rail runs from the station through the centre to Westmead and Carlingford. The ferry from Circular Quay lands at the wharf on the river, a slow but pleasant option. The M4 is at the door and, unlike the CBD, most Parramatta buildings offer parking, which is what makes it work for a team that drives.
